A Sewing Machine Repair Technician fixes various issues in sewing machines for optimal performance.
I service most home sewing machines with a few exceptions. I do not service:
Bernina - With Gray/Black shells/covers or those with a capital "B" in the model name. Those machines must be serviced by an Authorized dealer due to needing specialized tools.
Viking Epic Series - Epic 1, 2, 3, 4, 95Q or 97Q. Due to their delicate computer boards.
Absolutely, I stand by my work. All repairs are backed by a 30-day warranty. If you machine misbehaves just contact me.
I am an Independent Sewing Machine Service Apprentice Technician, which mean I do not work for a dealer of a particular brand like (Viking, Bernina, Necchi, etc...). Instead I work on all brands of any age; antique, vintage and most modern sewing machines. As a Sewing Machine Repair Technician, I specialize in diagnosing and fixing issues with sewing machines. From mechanical to electrical problems, I provide expert repair services to ensure optimal machine performance.

That's a great question! It really depends on how often you use your machine and the types of materials you sew.
As a general guideline:
Regular maintenance helps keep your machine running smoothly and extends it's lifespan.
Depends on the issue; repairs typically take anywhere from an hour to 2 weeks, depending on parts availability. I'm not a magician, but I promise to work my sewing machine repair magic as fast as I can.
No, currently I do not, but hopefully in the future.
I wanted to let you know that, due to the location of my workshop, I’m not able to offer drop-off or pick-up for sewing machines at this time. The sidewalks around the workshop are quite uneven and can be tricky to navigate, and I’d feel awful if anyone got hurt trying to get here. Thank you so much for understanding—I really appreciate your care and support!
